Circalok™ EP-939 is a black, filled, one component electric grade epoxy with an extremely fast, elevated temperature cure schedule. The viscosity and thixotropy of EP-939 has been specifically developed to meet the needs of coating semiconductor devices on time piece and calculator printed circuit boards. It has outstanding adhesion to a variety of materials.
