CircuitSAF™ ME-430 is a one component, high purity, low-stress, semiconductor grade epoxy glob-top designed for the encapsulation of Chip-On-Board devices. It is highly thixotropic which allows it to be used on medium and high profile devices. ME-430 exhibits good adhesion to both laminate and ceramic substrates.
