Supergrip® adhesives offer the unique combination of hot melt processing and handling with the premium performance advantages of a reactive thermosetting adhesive. Supergrip adhesives are one-component, solvent-free adhesives which are applied at lower temperature than conventional hot melts. Once applied, the product cures with moisture to provide tough structural-like bonds to a wide range of substrates including metals, woods, plastics and fabrics to service a variety of assembly applications. They are engineered with high green strength and variable open times to accommodate most assembly operations. Their 100% solids nature eliminates emission concerns and the lower application temperature reduces operator exposure risk plus they are ideal with temperature-sensitive substrates. The hot melt processing feature allows for rapid fixturing capability for high volume throughput, while providing strong bonds upon cure. Ideal for applications such as cabinet assembly, rigid panel lamination and window and door fabrication.
