BCC polyurethane systems are designed for prototyping and part production. These systems vary from quick set to slower versions which allow for quick type prototypes, filling voids in molds, and display and pattern production parts. These systems are machinable with low shrinkage and pot lives of 4 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the system. Available Products: "New" BC8001 - advanced fast cast polyurethane tooling system. It features low viscosity, low exotherm and minimal shrinkage. Designed for constructing patterns, prototypes, duplications, negatives, low temperature vacuum form tools, tracing models, etc. "New" BC8002 Kwik Kast II is an enhanced fast cast polyurethane tooling system. It has been reinvented for greater moisture resistance and improved filler suspension for easier premixing of the components. BC8002 is designed for constructing patterns, prototypes, duplications, negatives, low temperature vacuum form tools, tracing models, etc. "New" BC8009 Slo-Kast is a low viscosity, medium setting, easy to use casting material. This polyurethane system features extremely low shrinkage when properly cured. Slo-Kast is ideal for casting large sections without having to stage pour. BC 8650 is an advanced fast cast polyurethane tooling system featuring low viscosity, low exotherm and minimal shrinkage. Designed for constructing patterns, prototypes, duplications, negatives, low temperature vacuum form tools, tracing models, etc.
BC8660E is a multi-purpose elastomer that can perform many functions. Special product characteristics are: excellent use for molds for casting of concrete and plaster, resists moisture absorption, does not contain MOCA, MDA, TDI or MDI.
