Polycarve™ is a high-density co-extruded ultraviolet stabilized polyethylene developed for the sign maker. Today's routing and engraving technologies demand a tough sign material that won't delaminate, chip or peel when being machined, welded, or fabricated or when exposed to a wide range of environmental conditions. Available in a wide variety of colors, contrasts, including translucent and multi-ply cores, sign makers get maximum design and graphic options with Polycarve™. The outer skins have a nominal thickness of .090" - .100" and are available in a variety of color combinations.
